NY where in CT are you and whats the deal with the hood is there something wrong with it or just getting rid of it cause the hood pins?

I actually wanted to go back to having the stock silver hood coz I think it looks better, but I got the VIS CF hood before I could find a stock silver one to trade. Now I have the other CF hood that I'm willing to sell or trade for a stock silver hood. I hate being a perfectionist, I can't freakin make up my mind.
