I dont want to ruin your thunder but you should have waited for the check? cause it takes ten days to clear and even if you did get it, it still may have been worthless. Just for future reference. Get the check, and wait for clear. then send. sorry this happened to you. I have an ebay business and i get it all the time. But paypal is very nice and reimburses me 80% of my loss.

The transaction took place over one month ago, I gave two weeks for a check to arrive after I was told it had been sent the day I shipped the item.
Almost daily telephone calls go un-replied , certified mail goes un -signed for.I think this has gone beyond my not having patience , but is a clear cut case of screwing .
I did this over the I-club classifieds but did not check to see if he was a registered member , he is not , first mistake.
I specified Paypal but he insisted on a check... this was my second mistake , not sticking to my paypal routine was bad , bad , bad!
My whole intention now is to make sure someone else doesn't get burned , since I have yet to meet an I-clubber I do not like!
