i'm guessing 10000K will have a purple glow to it at night. should look pretty cool.

Those look like the 05 headlights. man those are sweet. ack! i'll install em now.

my friend has 10000Ks on his Audi, they have this purple/blue glow to them

but when ever I take a picture of them they come out more blue and you do not see the purple all that much. Hince why HIDs look 10x better in person.

i tried to install today, didn't have a drill handy so i couldn't do it. i'll do it tomorrow right after i have the dealer turn off my day-time running lights on my 04..

i was thinking that it's not a good idea to have day-time runnning lights because they use up bulb life on my HIDs?

do NOT use the HIDS with your DRL ... it'll cause your ballasts to blow, and make your lights strobe

question, do you have to buy separate ballasts to make your foglights hid? or can you tap the foglights into the same ballasts?

cuz those foglights are friggin bright

you would need a seperate kit for foglights

i really never heard of anyone being able to tap in, its a really cool project if you can attempt it. but from what I know the ballast only harnesses enough energy to power one bulb, 2 bulbs would mean 70watts or more and would melt stock harnesses

Just do it yourself, saves you the hassle of going to the dealership. The module is underneath/next to the glovebox. Search scoobymods.com and you should be good to go.
