I found this (http://www.solo2.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=000951;p=1#0000 00) on Solo2.org and thought I would pass it along. I can't verify the authenticity of the article, but have no reason to doubt that it is real.

In a nutshell, a guy driving a Subaru with Rota Attacks at an autocross sheared off one of the wheels near the hub. Other wheels on the same car also showed signs of cracking.

So, if you have Rota Attacks, check 'em out, especially if you drive agressively or in competition. I have no idea who to contact if you find problems, maybe the retailer you purchased them from? Rota USA?

From what I've heard, Rota stands behind their product very well, so if you have problems, contact your retailer. If they're unable to help you, contact Rota directly.

The first batch of attacks had cracking problems but was fixed. If you have a set of early wheels they will exchange them. Also Rota Sub Zero's were used on the Class winning WRX in One Lap of America and had no problems at all.
