are these the ebay ones? the lenses are very cheaply made, so you might just have to buy new lenses..

If they're those "projectors" from ebay with the semi frosted clear plastic over the wedge-like part where the signal reflector should be, there probably isn't much you can do since its not really a housing, just lights with a cover on it right? Now if it was a complete housing, a little black silicone reapplied over the seams where the front of the housing and the rear of the housing would do it, but on those lights, i don't know if there's much you can do.

Please post up pics of what the lights are and whats happening so we can better diagnose.

edit: oops sorry thought you said housing is leaking in addition to cracked lenses..........you might have to just get new lenses, or get some fabricated using better glass.....but if they're as cheap as you say its probably not worth it to mod cheap lights to be better :D

I had the same Damn thing happen to me last night! I went to a spray wash place, I have the APC 95-00 Twin Halo Headlamps, and it was about 35 degrees out, what happened was that the Outer Lenses cracked because of the heat that was produced from the lamp, then the spraying of cold water onto them. What a rip-off. Does anyone know where I can buy some lenses for these?

I'll have to get out my tape measure to measure. I believe Home Depot or one of the hardware places sells glass that's tempered, if I get the right diameter I can pop off the existing and put the new ones on.

I don't see any Morettes on procarparts.com, did you special order them? Morette has a website and I put through a request to see if there were some websites that sell them...hopefully they'll get back to me.

Yeah I have the same set, they're made by APC, the outer glass cracked. The only question is:

Where can you buy Morette's online? I've also seen lights by the name of GC* Sti Headlamps that are in a blue color....
