Mine too is chipped to hell, from all the construction on the PA highways. I also nailed a big ass black bird doing 75, it hit right on the lip, by the grill.

Come on now.

Next thing you are going to ask us is where your remote control for TV is.

I don't mind, but post all this stuff in OT.

My mouse got pissed of at me for having it click so much. ;)

Lee i think you misunderstood what i was saying, i was comenting on how many problems you had with your car from the very begining.. i wasn't trying to be rude to you i was just joking, with what you went through with your warranty issues, since you seemed to be unlucky enough to get the "test" wrx.

Basically my trannys first went out and they dont want to warranty it cause they say it was customer abuse (They have no proof to say that). They lied to us and to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. My car has not been running for about 10 months. There is a lot more to it but that is straight down to the point

wholly crap... was it only down for repairs once or did they just deny the claim and have you either pay to fix it or have you take it with you?

scoobiesnacks

They tried to make me pay to fix it. They even tried to charge us just to take the car home without repairs. Screw them :monkey:

Good luck with the law suit i am sure you have tough fight ahead of you though, i am surprised they didn't offer to pay for atleast half.

I have chips on my hood, front bumper cover, front fenders, doors, roof, windshield, mirrors, and on my rims.

If they dont replace all these parts im not buying anymore gas!

Just wait in a few years the clear coat will decide it would rather not be on your hood scoop.

Actaully after they found out we were gonna take lagal action they asked to pay half. No where in the warranty does it say that the customer has to pay half. Anyways, they are pretty much screwed, mostly because of all of their lying. They did a whole lot of lying.

There will be no ifs involved here. They offered to settle already but didnt offer anything special. If they offered to settle then they know either A.)They should have just fixed it cause they are now gonna loose more money even if they win. or B.) They know there is something wrong with the tranny in the WRX.

I know for sure that there is something wrong cause we had a specialist inspect it, he had it for months, when it was returned i was told that there is definatley no sign of abuse and it is most likley a defect in the metal.

I was unaware that one of the rules of this board was that all your posts had to be supportive of someone... I'm the one who is speechless now ;).

On the "old" site there was a guy who was making a replica. It was really nice, but unfortunatly the thread was closed by thos bastards over there because the guy did not have a vender status yet.

Yeah I am waiting for the Prova hood also!! I talked to Kevin at pkzero today and he said that it was still coming!!!

I tried to find it last night, the thread that is, and couldn't figure out why it was not there anymore...but you just answered my question about the vendor status!!
