I would bet money that if it were raining steadily, I could beat any front or rear-wheel drive car that would normally show up on Wednesday nights, shod with their normal tire choice. Yes, I just used the word shod in a sentence.

Too bad (for us) that no drag strip operates in wet weather. :(
