I'll take a shot and hopefully someone else can finnish it off or correct me.

Point number 4, with the ring terminal looks like it goes to the battery, The red block looks like a fuse. Is it?

Part #3 looks like it is the plug for a headlight, I would say it's an H4 like a GC8 has.

1 and 2 are the plugs that go into the headlights.

and the red/black at the top looks like a control unit.

Any more info? Am I close?

From left to right on the diagram:
Aasu (not sure what this is, the arse?! Oh wait, it's the Ring Terminal I believe) connects to the Fuse.
The Fuse connects to the Relay (towards the top of the diagram) via a Red wire.
The Relay connects to the 3-Pronged Connecter via a Green (? I can't see the kanji very well) wire.
The 3-Pronged Connector connects to your car.
Okay, now this part gets tricky... 1 is the Lowbeam and 2 is the Highbeam; I'm gonna tell you the colors of the wires from top to bottom according to the diagram.
To the Lowbeam: From the Relay, White and Brown. From the 3 Prong Connector, Brown
To the Highbeam: From the Relay, Blue. From the 3 Prong Connector, Brown then Blue.

Aasu?? haha. It's EARTH = GROUND
You got it pretty much right.

The ring is Ground, then it connects to Relay.
1 is lowbeam (outside)
2 is High beam (inside)
3 is 3prong connector to the car.

go go go: Thanks for filling in some gaps for me :D I get it, "earth" haha. Guess I'm so used to thinking of "chikkyu".
