Finally, got my V-limited STi front lip for my STi. It looks really sweet and fits perfect.

Thanks guys for the kind words. I want to make my car show-ready (JDM style) yet fast. Almost there :) But all together, the front lip cost me like $500 or so including shipping... It came straight from Japan and now to my car. It was only meant to be for the V-limited edition STis & WRXs in Japan but now, I got one . :) Also, if anyone is interested in one, give Myles a call. Yo BLUESTI389!!! I am on the same mission as you! I want that V-limited Aluminum Shift Knob for my STi. If you get a chance, call Myles cuz he might have an update on that shift knob. Good luck.

Ps - The V-limited S.knob is different from the STi Titanium Shift Knob... Just a lil FYI.

are you gonna paint the lip?... no, its not worth it. I have had front lips before on my past cars and the paint gets chipped real easy, plus you got to deal with scrappings etc.... Either way, I want to stay JDM as much as possible. V-limited STis in Japan roll with the front lip unpainted so Ill leave at that. :)

Ps - The foglights are made by F.E.T. CATZ.

that lip looks really good. im thinking about buying one my self for my wrx. but if i do i wanna get the STi side like fins thingy's or w/e they are that come on the sti becasue it pushing the lip a little lower to the ground. and looks better

My lip is already on order. Just put some gunmetal tarmac 2's on yesterday and the windows are already tinted. I'm going for the bruiser look.

But its 500 for a peice of plastic. Id rather go faster and have more fun than look at a strip of plastic. Dont get me wrong its nice, I just dont see how anyone can justify that thing.

That lip does look real good, but I kind of agree with SlickmisterN

We're hoping to make a cast out of his V1 lip. We're making it out of fiberglass. That way you guys don't have to pay $500 for it. :banana: I'll keep you all updated. :)

Those are the Sti rear lateral and trailing links and arms, they have hard busings in them and improve rear suspension geometry and feeling.

In the last 3 months, I have supplied these to alot of my people and have alot of pictures of what they look like painted. No blue examples, but the other colors dont look good ( my opinion )painted. There is something very functional about it being black, and this could also account for why STi decided not to have a painted version. If you e-mail me I will shoot you some pictures back of painted lips on STI's so you can decide. For some reason, it looks incredible on white, and silver,..black is a no brainer, and blue, depends on your wheels, etc....again, just my .02 cents worth.

I think i've changed my mind... Maybe the unpainted looks better...But no ones painted it so i'll never know...But i think it looks great either way!

I think it looks great unpainted. It also matches the black parts of the front bumper. I think it will just be a waste of time and money to paint it since it will eventually get chipped and scratched. The picture of the blue one is my friends STI.

Debating whether to get the V- Limited or the Spec-C...:(

Last winter I was playing around in the parking lot of my old job, an as I exited in the snow,....on the 070s' no less,..........I gave it too much gas, and didnt loss the tail just power slid so freakin far that once it was straight again, I was 7 feet on top of a huge snow bank, alot of people came out of the dealership and were like,..." how and the hell did you get that up there,..?"...as they looked UP to me,.......
..............well the spec-c spoiler was still intact and hadnt moved at all, it was amazing, as the undercarriage piece was broken, and snow was packed everywhere, ans the snow was hard packed on the bank,.............so my point is I know the v-limited would have just broke or left a crease at best.........the spec-c spoiler is very strong to say the least, as its designed by Subaru, and is more OEm than the V limited, version, which is more race like in its appeal and style.

We dug the snow out, and I backed the car down, slowly , until it slid the remainder....

The rims on my STi are V.R. Limited Edition CE28N. Size: 18x8.5 w/ 44+ mm offset. No spacers required. Brembo caliper clearance excellent. *Also note, I have 225/40R/18 gummies on my wheels. A 235/245 size will likely rub inside...
