Gravelsports intakes available new
Ok, first of all I am NOT selling these intakes but let me explain how to get one.
They are made and sold in limited runs by Sean at Suby Specialties. He won't take any money until he has enough buyers to do a run. Currently we need 2 more buyers to put their names on the list to do a run. I'm posting this because I'm the first guy on the list and I'd like to get my hands on one of these.
Price - $250
Does not include K&N filter (takes stock size)

To put your name on the list or if you have questions call Sean at 626 358 4235. He can only take orders over the phone and no money will change hands until he starts the run.
The following is from an email Sean sent me regarding this intake;
One of the original reasons I built this intake was to get better low
end response. I Rally and Rally-X race and bottom end torque is very
important.
If you noticed, the intake doesn't run from the TB right in to the
filter. The volume of air between the throttle body and the filter is very
important. When you first step on the gas you can use up all of the
available air that is in the system before the air can get through the
filter. If the volume is too low you get bad low end response, if the
volume is too high or too long of a run you can actually hurt the top end.
I went through numerous prototypes and over 2 years of running it on my car
before I offered to sell them. I can say that it has much better low and top
end response than any other intake on the market. This statement isn't
coming from just the person that designed it. I drive and work on subarus for
a living and have driven cars with every kind of intake on the market, so
I can honestly say that I have been able to compare. On rs25.com, there
is a guy that has had 3 different intakes on his car before buying mine. His
screen name is [xxxxxxx], PM him and get his opinion.
(I withheld the RS25 user's name so he doesn't get a flood of PMs - but Sean would probably give it to you if you show interest).
