I tried to get a dent day together back in October, but it fell apart.

So, I still have like 6 dings that are really bugging me and would like to get them taken care of. I know that the UCKK meet has dent days but man, that thread is huge and Union City is a bit far. So I'm starting this thread...

Hopefully going to get Imprezers roommate to do this, if there's enough interest.

I would be doing this on a Sunday, I live in Potrero and there is a ton of parking here. Especially on the weekends.

So, if those door dings are driving you crazy like mine are let me know so we can make this happen! :)

Dent guy is my roomie. He has no minimum per car as long as few people show up. He has proven himself over and over again at UCKK, so just let me know when and where and he will come.

Imprezer- approximately how much will this be per car? I know he's very reasonable but people want to know before committing to it.

Me too, when we've got at least five (probably need a few more, I'll check) we can set a date.

has he ever cracked the paint popping out a dent? i had a body shop remove some dents and they cracked the paint on one of 'em. :rolleyes: i'll have to drop my car off for 3 days while they pay $600 out of pocket to repaint the panel and blend the surrounding areas....

I've never heard of any one complaining and it seems that he's done a lot of the BAIC cars...

Dude does clean work and I have an ever so small dent but I see it every damn day and it's right on a body line so I need someone I can trust.

My dent....just one.

It's small....I have an 04 wrx. It's on the front left quarter panel....bummer part is it's on the body line. Might be a little touger to get out. Kinda set in. Been there since end of october..holloween. Looks like a tennis ball hit it...bought that size.

Is that his personal number and the place he works? Or is the second number a shop you know of here in the city?

I'm interested...my wife's wagon has a little push dent on the fender...some old fart leaned on it it looks like.

OK, I just spoke with Justin. He said he might be going to LA this weekend but he may be interested in staying up here and doing it this sunday if he has a full days work. So if you are willing to sort of play it by ear and set aside this sunday I'll know for sure in a couple of days.

Cost is $25 for quarter size not too deep ones and more for the bigger ones or ones on a body line. I think he said $75 for the ones on body lines but I guess that will be determined when he sees it.

So, that's where we're at with this. I'm going to update the list according to who responds... :)

i dont have any dents on my sube, but my brother has 1-2 on his roof about quarter size not very deep. im down :)

Well, I'm the proud owner of a new dent/wave in my left rear quarter panel. That makes 2 dents now and I'd like to participate in the next Dent Day/Evening when available.
