I've got a '98 Legacy GT with water in the rocker panels - I can hear it sloshing!
I removed the plastic cladding on the bottom and found little round indents that appear to be drains, but seem fairly well painted over. I got them to a fast drip instead of a slow drip, but would like to really open them up.
Any tips, hints, tricks?
