If you put your stock wheels back on and you have lowered it a bit you should be fine. In terms of suspension kits, I would suggest going with the STI setup available from dealerships. If you were planning on just doing springs, then go with either the Prodrives, Eibachs, or STI Pink springs. Those from my knowledge will drop the car the least and keep your car from rubbing the tires.

I think i'm going with the springs for now. you have any suggestions for tires (model/size) for the rotas and the winter tires for the stock rims?

thanks again!

I have 18" Subzero's on my car and all i have is springs...no shocks..just springs..the tire size i use is 225/40/18...you will not rub if you go with the same setup...atleast i don't with that setup.

What do those wheels weigh? Also, are they cast? What offset did you use?

with the tire on it, the wheel weighed in at 41 lbs...that was for my 18" wheels...they have a 48MM offset and they are hubcentric for subaru's...
