www.subaru.com will show you a list of what the dealer services entail. I would add brake, tranny and diff fluid changes to the 30k, inspect everything that is supposed to wear out (brakes, clutch, etc.) and maybe have your tires rebalanced and alignment checked. Also spend a good long time looking at everything you can see to make sure there's nothing obviously not right. And use some simple green to get any gunk out from under the hood. Not letting it build up makes it easier to spot any future leaks.

the maintenance booklet that comes w/ the car is good at keeping track of it all. and also in case of warranty that might be needed in the future. here are a couple things to keep in mind though.

autos need the tranny fluid flushed about every 30k or so.
manuals need the 80/90 gear oil checked every couple oil services.
coolant should be flushed every year and half or so.
one really important thing to remember is to have your tires rotated every other oil service. front to back is usually the way to go. have the brakes checked visually when they rotate the tires.
check the brake, clutch, and power steering fluids.
again, the book has all this in it. check it out.
