How about a technical FAQ forum within each car section (GC, GD, etc). It would have sticky threads where people could post their detailed info ONCE on all the standard sub topics - exhausts, intakes, gears, engine building, shocks, etc, etc, etc.

That way, the technical forums wouldn't turn into the ones like on the old I-club, with tons of repetitive questions. That would bring up the overall quaility level of the normal technical discussions.
