MY96 Legacy Outback Custom Turbo (ej22)
This is my first post so I'll let u know I'm a curious college student who's not going to spend thousands of dollars on a turbo system. Sorry guys, but this is going to be all custom. I know it's going to be a pain in the *** to do this, but I would appreciate all you custom guys' help tremendously.
First off, here is what I have to work with so far:

I believe what I have here is an intercooler, turbo, oil in and out lines, internal wastegate, and blow off valve. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
I did some searches but didn't come up with any results for my questions, assuming that I use WRX manifolds, and a custom built up pipe and downpipe, plus any other additions that I need (see parts list lower).
Any estimates on HP gains with 5-6 lbs boost? It has 135 stock.
How much turbo lag am I looking to get here, considering the size of all the pipes and components (What would make it have less turbo lag)?
Will this car be able to take WRX's? Any idea of what cars I could take? To give you an idea, I drag raced a ricer civic with my stock OB and was just a little behind it, but I think that's because I dumped the clutch and it chugged for what seems an eternity before it launched.
Parts I Think I will Need (BTW, I took the list from here
HAVE, but NOT Installed: Borla 2.5" catback exhaust
Some sort of system of,
Intake Plumbing
Intake Plumbing Silicon Connectors
Custom intake w/filter
Custom built or second hand Up Pipe
Custom Built or second hand Down Pipe
Oil Feed (is it in the picture?)
Oil Return (is it in the picture?)
Tuning Equipment? (If possible, I would like to use a laptop to program it, instead of getting all the other stuff separately, but please give me suggestions)
thanks,
CHRIS

wow you have a long and perlious track ahead of you you probaly will expierence the same turbo lag as a wrx if that is a stock wrx turbo i see. i just turboed my 2.2l 95 legacy witha kit from forcedair tech i actually have no idea about alot of stuff but i am not sure that is an intercooler? where did you get those things?
you probaly won't need a laptop program if you want to run 5 boost you will need a chip but not a program wow again you should let the experts in here sound off on that stuff that is just my advice sorry if it doesn't help

Guys, I KNOW this is in the wrong forum, but please listen to me first before the typical flaming, etc....I NEED TO SELL THIS KIT IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS!!! I am going to a NJ state penitentiary, unfortunately, for a few years, and now my turbo kit is stuck in the wayside. No one ever responds or even thinks about buying my kit, which has been up for sale since august. I've already lowered the price tremendously, but now its really got to go. I'm asking $1000, but its NOT set in stone....meaning I am flexible because it needs to go.
I understand if the moderator has to move this, but please have mercy on my soul....I'm going to jail and need to sell this. I also know its against NASIOC rules. The only reason I'm putting this ad in here is because NOBODY is interested in the for sale forum. I just cant keep up on bumping it up everyday either. So, I'm asking if you please keep this up here for the next two weeks so I can get people to look at it. Ebay hasn't worked either because people are constantly lowballing. Also, its a very well thought out kit...took me almost a year in research and collection to put it together.
Please just check it out...I'm desperate:
