STI Suspension Continues to Amaze Me!

Ok fellow STI'ers...2500 miles clocked and I drive my sti like I just stole it, everywhere, all the time. In all this time I've never experienced a "bottoming-out" of the suspension over speed bumps, through major road dips, etc. Look, I'm talking about taking my sti over speed bumps and through dips in residential districts at over 80mph! I know I know...responsible of me huh?!? lol
This suspension continues to amaze me! Although I'm finally finding the limits of handling with occassional controlled fish-tails and drifts, I'm still in awe that the sti can handle everything I put at it and the ride still remains on the comfy side. I do plan to upgrade my suspension and wheels to get even more grip but I DON'T WANT TO SACRIFICE CURRENT RIDE QUALITY!! Feeling every little pimple in the road up through my spine is not fun to me.
So....question is....has anyone figured out a suspension/ wheel size combo that offers greater grip and better handling while still maintaining current STI ride feel/comfort AND will not bottom-out at every bump and dip at high speeds? So far, an adjustable suspension scheme like the one from Tien looks promising and maybe going to 17.0" x 8.0" looks like it may work.
Any ideas, personal experiences or opinions? Please reply...thanks!

and if you dont wanna bottomed out in highspeed
1. get a SUV
2. get a lifter for your STi
or
3. drive slower

He's saying that the suspension is so amazing because he HASN'T bottomed out. You know, I wouldn't mind the suspension off an STi for my WRX
And for God's sake, slow down man!

boy am i glad i don't live in this guy's neighborhood. just wait til he hits some kid doing 80 in a residential and see how sweet it is then. and while we're on the subject, what a flat out retarded thing to come on a forum and brag about. 80 in a residential? that's just plain stupid. i mean i drive fast and aggressively, but there's a point where you're just a bad accident waiting to happen. i don't care who you are or what you're driving, it you're doing 80 in a residential and a kid jumps out from behind a parked car, you're either going to smear the poor kid onto the street in front of his house, or you're going to drive your STi through someones living room. or both. so if you insist on driving like a fool, don't bother posting about it here because I can guarantee nobody here thinks it's cool.
driving that like where people LIVE and bragging
about it? What a moron.
When your time comes, I only hope no other poor soul
has to suffer from your lack of responsibility.

Jeeeeezus!
Sorry for offending so many of my fellow i-clubbers! Just let me make these quick points:
1) I only thing I'm braggin about hear is the damn incredible suspension on the STI.
2) Going from 5mph street start to 80mph in my STI takes what ...7 sec tops? Tell me none of you have never just floored your suby for a quick/ short burst to feel that incredible exceleration?
3) I do not, and never will condone reckless driving. I guess I should explain that in my adjacent neighborhoods (Brentwood, CA) there are very very wide streets that cars cant park on and there are never kids in the street because they're inside their parents mansions. Regardless, if I dont have a large margin of visibility just in case a kid does run out into the street, I won't play around. I'm over 30 and adventurous but not stupid.
4) Contrary to the feedback and judgement I received here, I do not drive like an "A-hole", have never caused an accident, never gotten a ticket, and never ever drive drunk. If I speed its for short controlled bursts in areas and situations that I deem safe by a large margin (not just for me but for innocent bystanders)
and lastly...
5) WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??? PLEASE!!! Once again I do apologize if I offended anyone and I will heed all advice and drive more responsibly BUT....
WHY is everyone on these forums quick to jump on people and judge them..... not constructively or politely (those who were I tip my hat to) or respectfully BUT... in a harsh, mean-spirited, and nasty way without truly knowing the member. Hey, if someone always post stupid messages or irresponsible ones as a pattern then sure go ahead and give him hell BUT...
DON'T ASSUME OR READ TOO MUCH INTO THE CHARACTER/ PERSONALITY OF A FELLOW CLUB MEMBER AND DON'T ASSUME YOUR REPLYING TO SOME RICH SPOILED 16 YEAR OLD KID THAT STREET RACES HIS SUBY TO THE DANGER OF EVERYONE AROUND HIM!
Just chill please...
Be constructive in your critism/ advice and....
please
BE POLITE!!!!

This thread is pointless.
The original poster is obviously far, far too young for an STi and will crash it soon...that much is glaringly apparent....SOOO...
offering any assistance with suspension mods is a pointless exercise in futility.
I don't consider this harsh, but unfortunately, all too true.
I hope the original poster doesn't kill anyone other than himself in the destruction of a nice car.

OKAY can we go back to the ORIGINAL QUESTION PLEASE
I want to hear the answer too...I own a WRX I would have killed myself if I bought the STi
So....question is....has anyone figured out a suspension/ wheel size combo that offers greater grip and better handling while still maintaining current STI ride feel/comfort AND will not bottom-out at every bump and dip at high speeds?
I don't know about suspension, but personally i like the S0-3's on my mom's wagon more than the RE070's, there's just something with those S0-3's that seem like they grip harder.
Onramps show the REAL power of awd, the pull you feel is a bigger rush than a straight in the streets......don't you run out of road by the time you hit 80?
