Hello all,
Ive had my car for about a month or two now and have always had the boost guage read a little low when the engine is off as the picture below shows.

Does anyone know how to adjust it so it reads more acurrately?

you have a warrenty, bring it back to the dealership

It's not unusual for the factory boost gauge to read a bit below zero, most of the ones I've seen do. That doesn't mean it's right though, and you should indeed have it replaced under warranty with one that reads correctly.
It's a mechanical gauge so there is no easy way to adjust the zero point of the needle. There is no adjustment for it built in that you can access.

My boost gauge reads BELOW zero when I start my car... is this normal... When I shut if off it goes right to zero, but when I turn it on it goes in the minus until I drive, then it will go up again...etc

I'm in PA does that affect it in any way?

Yes Nigel that's normal. Technically it's not just a boost gauge, it's a manifold pressure gauge. It measures the pressure in the intake manifold relative to atmospheric pressure. So, when the engine is off the gauge is at "0" because it is reading atmospheric. When the engine is idling, coasting/decelerating or under light throttle you will see readings below 0 or atmospheric, that is indicating the manifold is under vacuum. Under heavier throttle and load it will read positive pressure, or boost, as the turbo spools up and pressurizes the manifold.

yeah its normal man, dont sweat, from what i hear factory guages are always best, they always read correctly

Ok, not really sweating it per se, just weary of using it for tuning purposes.
