I've got a VIS Racing OEM style WRX hood and I'm in love with it. Great fitment and quality. Just my $0.02.

My edges are pretty rounded. I don't know that they are completely rolled, but they are rounded enough that it looks really clean with the lines and the gaps of the car. I wouldn't worry about the edges of the VIS hood is thats the only that that your concerned about. And yes, they do make carbon fibre interior trim for our cars.
