That's right, it's that time!
The peninsula crew (SB^2/Eggettes/DCKK) is planning a Matrix: Revolutions outing on Saturday, 8 November, at the Century 20 Theaters in Daly City. The Plan is to meet the theater at 5:00 to buy tickets for the 7:20 show, and then have dinner at Fuddruckers at 5:30ish. From experience, it takes a while during dinner time to order food and then pick it up when it's cooked. This gives us an hour to eat and then head into the theater to wait in line to get in the auditorium (and we'll need to in order to get good seats).
Because of the buzz about the last Matrix movie, I suggest buying tickets for the Saturday show online at Fandango.com. If you guys want to hit a later show, there is a 10:30 showing. We can change the time to the later show if you guys want to make a later night of it. Just vote in the poll above. However, because of the possibility of buying online tickets, I'm making the 7:20 showing and dinner plans FIRM after the Eggettes meet on Wednesday, to give people time to finalize plans. That means the poll closes Wednesday night.
Since I have a baby shower to attend in Union City that does not end until 4PM (and then I have to stay to help clean), I may or may not make dinner. However, I WILL be at the show. If I don't make it back in time for dinner, someone eat an Ostrich or Buffalo burger for me.

okay, we're set. 7:20 show. I saw it and I liked it enough to watch it again. No spoilers, but it gets very intellectual at times, and if you like weird Japanese anime style endings, this movie is for you (it's not a "clean" ending). Watch the second one before you go in, you'll see a lot of cool things show up in the third movie that were in the second.
