good idea to check on www.nada.com its broken down by region, so the prices are pretty fair. (i.e. if you live maine, new england the price will differ from that in So Cal, things like winter and such) as far as the mods, just put what you want to get out of it. but don't count on getting more than 50% of what you paid retail. things like the wheels might get a better price by themselves, try e-bay. or maybe the for sale group on this site.

I would suggest turning it back to stock and selling it for around $20k Sell your parts for what ever you can get. This will give you the most $$ return.

Take off the mods, sell the car stock starting around $20K. You can get what someone is willing to buy it for.
