They seem to be ongoing questions:
How much do these wheels weigh
How much do they cost
Where can I get them
What size are availible and which fits my car
What finishes availible
What is the offset

It would be nice to have a sticky or to make an archive of wheel information in the FAQs to remove these redundant questions. I will start by adding the sites that I know of that have any pertanant information. Lets keep the list going!
