I have been trying to redesign the i-Club website and make it simple, stylish, easy to navigate, full content, original and fully searchable. Also, I have to optimize it in a way to try not to stress the server too much. It isn't easy for me, since I am a "noob" when it come to all this hi-tech stuff. However, I have been doing a lot of reading on those topics (PHP, HTML, MySQL, etc). I think I finally armed myself with enough basic knowlede to finally start doing something more interesting, so in the next few weeks, the site will evole dramatically and hopefully you will all like it. Feel free to give me comments and recommendations. I always listen to all of them and implement those that are worthwhile.

Wow! The new home page kicks ass! I've never been to a forum site that allowed you to access so much information from the home page. Kudos, Alex! Keep it up!

Can you make it possible to search the OLD I-Club?

There was a lot of info on modding and such that has been lost.

I echo bj's comments man. The old site was a bible to many of us.

I have the archives of the old site. I am just not sure how to integrate them here, since the usernames will be invalid. I tried and it screwed it all up. I do know that it is possible, so I will do it as soon I as figure out how to import them without any problems.

Perhaps add a character to the usernames from the old site, and make the default search by username equal to "starts with".

That way, you want to find an old post from "darthchicken" and it brings up "darthchicken" on this site, and "darthchicken~" from the archives.
