I don't know about the motor mounts, but the rear differential mounts are marshmallows. I can sink a fingernail 1/16 of an inch into the rubber on my STi rear diff mount. The group N bushing mount that I purchased is almost as hard as polyurethane.

I am hoping to stiffen up my launch and shifts as I replace the "soft" STi mounts/bushings with group N bushings.

Is the pitch stopper on the STI the Group N version? or just stock subaru?

Haven't seen the mount itself, but the STi motor pitches less on the dyno than the WRX EJ20 does. That is, it moves less when at WOT.

Acording to Subaru, they are not the Group N mounts. That is why they make them available through the dealer now and list applications for the 04 STi. The pitch stop mount is also the standard softy.
