You can "rent" spring compressors from Schucks or Autozone for just a few bucks (they just require a deposit); in fact they will rent you just about any tool you need to work on your car.

Chaning springs and struts on an impreza is just a few hour job for one or two people. It's really not that hard, and it's pretty clear which bolt goes where once you start taking everthing apart.

Just go to any one of 100 Skank Bars in Portland and
pick up the best barfly you can find. She should go
300 to 350 lbs and that is good for a 1" drop.:p

Pm Saggiowrx (Dave). He's pretty cheap. Doing the springs yourself is a pita, even with help. If you haven't done it before or aren't familiar with tools expect to spend about 5-6 hours.

I'll do them for you!
Do you still need this done?

Thanks
