Mines about 7 years old now. and i found
somebody with 2001 RS struts springs the whole 9, installed
for about 150 bucks since he has a shop. anyways would that be
a good investment?

When it comes to modifying cars, nothing is a good "Investment". Now if that would be good as far as performance is concerned is a different story. I geuss I don't really know what you are asking though. This post isn't really trans related, so try JUST posting it in say the Naturally Aspirated section, but with a clear question, so people can help you out.
