I just got an 03 Subaru Legacy Special Edition and the dash has the "wood" trim on it. Does anyone know if I can get replacement parts for this....like in a silver color?

my 97 GT was like that, and some people like it, but i thought it was hideous... so i took some 60-80 grit sand paper, sanded it down, used some paint primer and then u can paint them whatever color u want, then spray a clear coat over to protect it. hope this helps :)

The baja shares our interior trim pieces. And its in silver.

If you're too lazy to do the work or dont feel that you're handy enough, you could always go that route.

Thanks for the info! I'll check that out. Depends on if I like the color...and how resonable the price is...Should be an inexpensive piece of plastic, but I'm sure the price to get the OEM part will shock me

I thought the Baja pieces look better than DIY. They are kinda pricey tho: about $180 to do all dash and armrests. Try doing it yourself first, then order the Baja trim if you don't like it.
