last night i pulled out the rear seats from my '03 WRX sedan while installing new struts and springs. they hadn't looked too bad in the car, but when i got them out they were filthy! my five year old, 100lb German Shperherd Bravo rides back there and there were bucket loads of dog hair and junk. i vaccumed them really well before they went back in, and now things look a bit better.

before the seats get really trashed from transporting Bravo, i'd like to get some seat covers. i checked out Wet Okole's website but i didn't see a Subaru specific section. has anyone gone the Wet Okole route? how'd they work? right now, i'm open to pretty much any and all suggestions, i just don't want some ghetto autozone/kragen crap. thanks.

I have the Wet Okole's in my '03 wagon, and I like them a lot. Getting them fitted on the seats and snugged up takes a bit of time, but the end result is nice. I ordered mine over the phone and they knew exactly what I needed, so I suggest you call them. If you are near their shop, which is in the Los Angeles area, they will install them for you at no charge. Only downside was the cost, about $500 for F/R.

ouch, $500 is a chunk. i'm probably only going to need the rear, so maybe it wouldn't be too bad. thanks for the input.

remove the seat cover and wash them in the washing machine. That is what i did with my front seat covers. It was time consuming with the fronts because removing and replacing them was made difficult due to hog rings, but it came out clean and nice smelling:)

the fur and whatnot is bad enough, but my dog does a number on the upholstry with his nails and paws (take a look in the pic below). i'd like to not have to replace the rear seat cover due to him putting or wearing a hole in it.
