Well, a FMIC can be bigger than a TMIC, but a FMIC needs more tubing and is more suseptible to damage from road debris. A TMIC will let you have much shorted charge tubes, resulting in better throttle response, and is protected from road debris, but is not going to be able to be as large as a FMIC, and is going to heat-soak if you aren't moving. For your boost level you are looking at, I believe either one will work fine, just depends on what you are looking for-cooler charge, but chance of road damage, or better throttle responce with heat-soak becoming an issue (unless you spray it).

I'd say get the MRT TMIC, if you have opened vents, utilize it! Keep the front mount for your radiator, MRT TMIC is good around 350WHP, thats Carrera Turbo Quality man, what more do you want? VF22 isnt a big turbo compared to T4/5/6 sizes anyways. If you need a FMIC, then what the hell does a guy with the T66 use? a Bumper mount? :)
