i am looking to find an op-amp that will make take an input of +0.204v to +5v and have a sloping increase in voltage up to +12v so +5 amplified to +12v and and ramped in a ratio

so say *2.4

so i need to know if anyone can find me an op-amp that increases in a multiple of 2.4volts
