i was reading the daily rev and the headline said something about arizona...

anyone catch that story? (our freebie copy at work didnt include the BIZ section...)

 

i just paid 2.3X for shell gas at davis

nuff said =(

They have a pipeline in AZ that is down right now.

 

at my Station (QuikStop) the price shot up from 1.65 for regular to 1.89 for regular.

 

i saw today, it was 2.05 in elk grove chevron

 

It's way up here too. Like 1.899 for regular!

I just figured this out while I was pumping gas.. These gas pricing are becoming too much of a hassle.

Time to put more money towards my gas funds

 

i stopped looking at the prices ever since in got to 1.9x for octane 91.

 

yeah this is crap. i wish i loved closer to freakmont so i could get that cheap *** gas they have there.

 

Gee I thought all those idiots said gas prices will go down after the Iraq thing. Still waiting.

 

Here's the thing though...oil companies know we're going to pay it because we have been since 9/11. therefore, once Iraq becomes more 'stable' and we exploit the oil in the area with a new system we'll still have high gas prices bottom line!

Sure, it may drop a little once Iraq gets back on it's feet but forget ever seeing premium under $1.50 for the rest of your life.
Gasoline is as nesesary to commuters as oxygen is for our lungs and the oil companies know this and are going to take advantage of it.
