There are companies that custom fabricate parts to convert them and legalize them for the US. The shift patern is the same all that needs to be done is a custom dash and some work with the steering system, along with a lot of other little things

This is GT-R and this means AWD too (GT-S is RWD). They are more powerfull and bit faster than WRX STi but quite expensive in every aspect (servicing, spares, mods).

NluvwithXLR8ing is right, this is was a custom job. ;)
