So, is this going to be just another forum where people go to bash i-club...err nasioc?

rs25.com started out as an i-club bashing forum, but James but a stop to that and now it's a pretty good site.

No, its not bashing. More a place where people can talk. I mean nearly every post on NASIOC that had anything to do with it was deleted. People have lots of stuff to say. Let them say it. Once the dust settle down, this forum will be removed.

It was just clear to me that people wanted to vent, get answers and call me names. Why would I stop that? Thats natural. ;)

Well, I'd rather see them deleted over there and not turn into bashing threads, than to have them remain and become thick with drama.

By no means am I asking that they be deleted or even moderated.

I guess a board is what the members make it and hopefully the members here want something better than a "nasioc sucks" board. :cool:

a complaint site is a pretty pathetic thing.

Make this site able to stand on it's own, and not just some place people come to whine about "that other place"

I am against deleting threads for the most part. Closing is a different story.

If you think that not talking about it is what should be done, then why are you talking? Make up your mind, please.

actually, I was just going with the topic of the thread..
trying to add some content to it.

I just look at what rs25.com was, and hope that this site can avoid that fate.

given rs25.com has finally taken a stand on the matter and cut back drastically. But for the longest time the only people that went there seemed like they were there because they couldn't cut it on I-club and/or just had complaints and nothing else to say.

That board almost went dead when they stopped whining.

You are right, AikenStDetour, we should avoid at all costs becoming that other board, hehe.

100% correct.

What limited me there is lack of basic control. I had no server access and had limited VBulletin control (I think). Now I will do all those cool things I had in mind.
