Where is the best place in the cabin to dynomat that will get rid of the most amount of road noise with the least amount of added weight?

Doors! Made an enormous difference in our Sport Wagon. Only used 1 layer. I was going to do the firewall too but I am not sure if I'll bother now.

You could make some dynamat earmuffs.

Ne one every use the dynamat spray?? Cuz that dynamat stuff weighs like .5 lbs per sq ft. and I didn't want to add too much weight to the sti, but still wanna block out some road noise. Also hows the B-Quiet Extreme cheaper and a bit lighter than dynamat, ne one ever use it??

From everyone I've talked to no one believes the sprays work anywhere near as well as the sheet and thicker liquid forms. Sprays are usually used in small spaces or in conjuction with other forms of dampening. There are several sheet forms that work pretty well while being relatively light.
