does anybody know if a oil cooler designed for a WRX will work on 00 2.5rs-t and if it does not they could explain why

It should work fine. If not then just order a sandwich adaptor for the EJ25 and use it with the kit. You might also want to go with a cheaper kit like the one Paeco sells since its only $200 versus the insane amount that people want for the one that says STI. Why pay for some pink lettering on the cooler.

 

thanks i will look into that i was going to go with a cheaper one and then paint on the sti logo with a outline that i have cut out
