I have a clean title accident free 2002 Midnight Black Pearl Subaru WRX with 134k miles for sale in the Bay Area. I'm the third owner of this car and have owned it since 127k miles. According to the last owner, himself and the original owner only used this car for commuting purposes.

I had the car serviced with the following when I originally purchased it back last May:
- New Timing Belt & Water Pump
- New Thermostat

Previous Owner replaced the following before he sold it to me:
- New Brakes
- New Clutch

All oil changes have been done by me using Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic Blend 5w30.

Interior condition is 9.5/10 and exterior condition is 8/10. This car runs excellent and has absolutely no problems whatsoever. The only reason why I am selling this car is that I need a bigger car as my kids are growing up and need more room.

- Clifford G5 Concept 470 Alarm

Engine:
- Stock TD04 Turbo
- Perrin Up Pipe
- APS 3"/2.5" Turbo Back Exhaust
- All Grimmspeed Gaskets used
- Hallman MBC
- Cobb Accessport V1 with custom map Tuned by EQ (made 210HP/216TQ on a conservative daily driven tune)

Suspension (about 7k miles on suspension):
- Tanabe DF210 Springs
- KYB AGX Struts
- 1/2" Rear Saggy Butt Shims

Transmission:
- Kartboy Short Throw Shifter with upgraded Bushings

I'm willing to sell this car for $10,000 obo with everything listed above including all stock parts (oem exhaust, oem up pipe, oem springs, etc.).

If you would like to buy the car completely stock without the parts, I can replace everything back to stock and am willing to sell for $9,000 obo.
