This customer called us several months ago after reading our website and had a very cool project in mind. After several years of accumulating all the parts we wanted us to build him his fully built stroked full race GT35 1.06ar STI. After some long talks and going over his very impressive parts list he rented a truck and trailer and drove up from southern California.

After making his way up here and inspecting the truck load of parts he had we came to the conclusion that both his block and pistons would not work for his application. So we set out to revamp his engine and build him the Subaru he always wanted. Below we will chronicle the build up of this STI if you have any questions please let me know.

This is how the car came to us. It had not run in some time due to a blown motor so it was a little rough around the edges.

By the time its all said and done between the machine work and the parts you are most likely looking at 16k just for the long block
