Why do some people have a title under their name and how can i get one under my name?

in general

you have to have impressed alex in some way, or be a moderator. you just don't get one by asking. many of them are people who were very old members or did something to piss alex off (in a word, they earned it). make a mark on this forum, and you too might get one....
