alright people, I'm going to try to get Dom from getadomtune.com down here again but I need your help. Dom used to live here for a few years and beta tested the hydra before it was public. I need 6 or more people that wants to have their car road tuned. So far we have 3 people already on the list. The last time we did this it was a great success with everyone happy in the end (subaru and mitsubishi). Drivability and safety is Dom's goal. At the present moment there is no date set since I'm waiting for my parts to arrive and to see how much interest there is. I hope to have this tune mid to late Feb but things could change based on Dom's schedule and if my parts are here :D. The more people the cheaper it'll be per person but only so many people can be tuned in the 3 days. The cost is dependent on the divided plane cost and tune per person. The cars will be tuned via OPEN SOURCE (unless you have different EM already). If you do have existing EM already I'd have to ask the tuner if he is able to tune it first before confirming your spot.

i would like to jump on this tune if its in late late feb since i get back from iraq mid feb it will give me enough time get the car ready...once you get a date i can say yes or no for sure

as soon as possible to secure your spot... i'm still working on sourcing my parts and paying for my parts so this is preplanning right now. if all goes as planned it'll be mid to late feb.

What is the advantage of open source tuning compared to AP tuners like Jarrad, COBB, etc? Is there more access to what you can manipulate or change using open source tuning?

Ok we are shooting for March 6-8 to be tuning. Dom, will be here at 4:30pm on the 5th and leave on the 9th. I will contact those on the list to give them the cost of the tune and where they can send their deposit money too. I'm hoping my turbo and injectors will be here by this time. This all dependant on my tax return. LOL.

Jes, Dom hasn't tuned an EVO X yet. So this may not be possible.

So that things are clear... AccessPort V2 or OpenSource are the EMs that are being tuned?

Just wanted to say that we're an authorized COBB Tuner so all your Subaru APv1and 2's are good to go.

I haven't tuned any evo X's yet, but I can get a few great maps from a reputable tuner friend of mine to give us a good starting point.

I have 3 deposits so far.

Look forward to coming out and seeing everyone. I wanna get some shrimp from the truck! We should have ourselves a drive.

well I used to use that feature a lot for securing my car. I've NEVER valeted my car and probably won't unless I absolutely need too. It did serve it's purpose that time I brought it to the shop :)

- I haven't been PM'd by anyone else with regards to the deposits. Those listed on the first page are on this tune need to have the deposits submitted to Dom by the 28th of this month. So far he's only gotten 3 deposits. When sending the deposit in please include your mods that you'll have for the tune so that Dom will know what he's tuning before he gets here.
