well my buddy bought my stock 05 radio 6 disc deck...and he left me his 02-03 model deck....and it wont work in my car...and do u guys know what the problems ...i tried and the only thing on is the background light...and radio just plain off....let me know what you guys think...thanks..btw my car is 2006 wrx

u might wanna try putting this in the right section... this in the 08 section... as for ur question the wiring harnesses are probably different. u need to get the wiring diagram and u migt have to hard wire it.
