Hey is any smoker trying to cut back at all today becasue of said day?

I must admit I hat 3-4 hits today...so half a smoke for me.

People telling me to quit just makes me smoke more

I feeeeel you there my friend. Just got off the phone with a chick who hasn't smoked in 3 weeks and had one today...she had no idea aboot the day. Funny.

My mom died 5 days ago due to lung cancer.
In three months she lost almost 90 lbs.

Please, quit.

Sorry man. I lost my stepfather due to tongue/jaw cancer, it was horrible to see happen. I do need to quit, tried several times, my time to quit will happen.

I quit 5 1/2 months ago.....Well I did it for myself of course and my boyfriend...He doesn't like smokers so that helped....I want to live my life... :)

quit please, not just for yourself but for your loved ones also..
