There are things for the GC8. Just got to know where to find them. What are you looking for exactly?

and as far as what im looking for, mostly cosmetic/performance - biggest thing other than the motor swap is the paint job.

- paint job
- suspension
- rims
- alarm
- power conversion (w/l/s) whatever i need lol.

you can use the interior but only if your car is four door....lots of time and work into it but its all worth it, trust me ... 04 sti is when it came out, and you have alot of choices and desisions to make on the way to a swap, talk to a shop or if your doing it your self its better cause then you dont pay labor witch will set you back a couple thousand...

You won't be able to swap exterior pieces with an STi, but you can take the Engine, DriveTrain, Interior if you're GC8 is a 4 door.

Like many others have said, your best bet is to try to find a totalled STi (I would say rear-end collision preferred) so that you know the engines in good condition.

If you do that, have the engine checked out as well as the tranny. You wouldn't want to swap it then find out it's not going to run how it should.
