Will not clear brembo. Require 6mm spacer to clear front brembo.

two questions,
can you take the center completely out easily to paint or powdercoat if I ever wan't to?
Secondly, where is Walnut, CA, because if its close enough to my home I can consider picking up if I did decide to buy
