when rpm is set, the gauge is supposed to beep and a light is suppose to flash right? if it doesnt, what does that mean? how can i fix it?

It's a feature you can turn on or off. I don't recall the steps to turn it on.
Something like after you set the limiter it beeps once then you turn the knob so it beeps again then wait for it to go "beep beep"

if it doesn't it means it's set to OFF. after you set the rpm, wait till it beeps, then it'll display off or on. turn the knob again, and it'll say on. and then let it beep and you're set
