I work in a tax office and there is a BIG confusion on how this works. I'm posting what the IRS gave us today. Hope this helps!!! Kinda long but it works and helps.
I was just on the IRS website the other day & saw some of that info you just posted.
I'm not sure if this is included, but here is a calculator that you can use to get an estimate of how much of a refund you'll get back. You'll need your 1040 to plug in some figures.

I think the last line of the first page is what a lot of people missed
meaning if you mailed yours on the 15th, you aren't going to get your stimulus as early as you could
The payment schedule below is for people who filed early enough to have their tax returns processed by April 15.
