For Sale 04 WRX STi wrb
For financial reasons I am selling my 2004 WRX STi. Recently the motor went,
I purchased the car used from a Subaru dealer. After researching a little I found out the TSB for a knock correction reflash was never done. I didnt have a warranty so I was out of luck. The bill for the rebuild and increase in my insurance rates(2 back to back speeding tickets) is too much for me at this time. I have taken very good car of my Subie(oil change every 3k with synthetic) and its is very sad for me to let it go, I hope it goes to a good owner.
It now has JE forged pistons one size over (http://www.gstmotorsports.com/store/...roducts_id=728 ), new gaskets, new seals, new bearings, new belts, sparkc plugs changed at 60k, and ACT 6puck clutch(about 15000 miles on it). The chasis has 61,xxx miles and about 310 miles since the rebuild.
It also has Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power windows, Power door locks, Tilt wheel, cruise control, AM/FM Stereo, MP3 CD player(Alpine), Two 10" Subs in Custom Inclosures, Dual Front Air Bags, Front Side Airbags, ABS(4-wheel), Rear Spoiler, Alloy Wheels 17", No Cassette. It is sitting on Tien Control Master Type Flex coil overs with pillow ball upper mounts and camber plates(best suspension setup I've driven) http://www.tein.com/tech_info/s60-gdf.html, and Nitto Invo tires ( http://www.nittotire.com/#index%2Etire%2Einvo ) with 95% tread left(best wet grip I've driven). I can provide more
pictures and info upon request.
Thanks for looking.

I am asking for $23,000 which is a little below book. I will provide more pictures of the interior and speaker boxes. I also have Kartboy end links on the front and rear. I also have removed the exhaust and have put the factory one back on. This way there will be no problems as far as passing smog. I can also have the car smogged prior to sale if need be.
Thanks for looking.

I am now asking $22,000 for my STi. If I dont get any replies, I will probably end up selling it to a dealer, if that happens I may sell the the trunk, tail lights, and headlights(swap+cash).
Thanks in advance.

If you have no luck selling, you should take your car to CarMax. They will buy your car and you don't even have to buy a car from them. Thaey are pretty fair on their offers.
