What do you guys have so far and how do you like it?

What are your future plans for mods?

Personally I dont have any mods yet, I've been looking for a good exhaust that sounds uber, any out there yet? Also want some good looking black or gunmetal wheels that are lighter than stock... also any out there? Other than that I just wanna free up the airflow and release the real potential of the car with simple bolt-ons like cobb access port and full exhaust.

Oh ya, rear tail lights tint is a must! Already took care of the grill, thank god :D

The first thing i did was debadge the trunk. I like it, it make it look allot more clean.

My car is in LA with Jeremy from Crucial Racing getting fit with new springs. If everything goes good youll be able to buy them in a few months.

When i get my car back ill be covering the chrome bar on the trunk, steering bushings, and hopefully a Kartboy SS kit with the bushings.

Down the road ill get sway bars and a Cobb AP with tuneing from GST.

Nice! The chrome bar on the trunk needs to go on mine as well, they sell pre-painted ones or you have to do it yer self?

I found a custom auto vynil dealer and hes sending me a color matched piece.

If you wanted you could go get it painted, i think it might cost a bit.

Were in Santa Clara are you? I still havnt seen anyother 08 WRXs, only one 08 STI and it had a big dent in the bumper allready.

yep my buddy is gonna throw on the dp and cbe for me next week..then ill use the stage 2 map for awhile till i can save up again and ill head over to gst

Let's see so far I put some swift sport springs on... I have front and rear sways sitting in my garage waiting for rear endlinks to come out. I replaced the door speakers and installed the trusty radar detector... oh yeah and tinted all around and oh yeah the most important thing STICKERS!!!! gotta get that extra HP anyway u can.

So far, I have tinted the windows and have rally armor UR mudflaps installed. Love the mudflaps, took me about 2 1/2 hours to install. I took my time and didnt have to remove any of the wheels. I had my tails tinted but was not satisfied with the end result (color looked weird to me) and this was with 6/10 tint from Bluebat, so I removed it. I may try a more drastic tail light mod.

Agreed on the shifter...it sucks. I have the Kartboy shifter and bushings coming to me as I type this - had the same on my 02 and loved it. I ordered the sport grill too.

My next mods will be an SPT exhaust - next month, then rims and springs in July.

We'll see about an intake, DP and tune after that.

Our cars still have that ridiculous silencer?? I am just going to get the SPT intake if it ever comes out.

I havent gotten around to looking for the silencer. I'm still looking for the throttle body FFS.

Brings back memories of pulling that damn thing off of my mom's '97 2.2L wagon and tearing up and down the neighborhood with the obnoxious "blowing in a jug" noise. :)

may 1st im getting my tails tinted, all my windows and replacing chrome piece in the back! wish me luck!

i ordered the SPT exhaust, ordered swaybars for it front and rear. Want to get Access port, just don't know if i should get perrin's or cobb's maps. and after getting the Access port will get a down pipe. With modds on our engines we should replace the crappy plastic BOV(i know our car's don't have a real BOV, i'm new to subaru).

i suggest perrin for now, they are using cobbs AP just their own maps.

if you look at my perrin vs cobb thread ud see what im talking about and all the power gains. new cobb AP maps are weak for 08's

Sounds good.. It will sound better with a new intake.

looks much nicer in person! Needs to be washed. And only thing I have left is the rear chrome replacement part coming in the mail!

I've had my 08 for a little bit now, only have the windows tinted. I have a silver 08 wagon. Can anybody recommend anything that they've had done?
