How many miles are on it?? and what if anything signifigant has been replaced??..and is it a 5 speed?

141,000 miles, it is a 5-speed.

I had the head gasket replaced at around 90k by the dealership. It hasn't had an issue since then. I have done a recent compression check and everything looks good.
