Never had a problem with mine. I have tried Lynksis, Buffalo, D-link (garbage), netgear, etc.

The Belkin has way better range than the other ones I've tried, setup was easy enough, and I didn't have to reset it ever.

It would randomly disconnect if there was too much bandwidth being used. I finally switched to a netgear (not sure what model) but now I have no connectivity issues. Tried firmware updates and all that but it never made improvements and only made issues worse.

It still works.

If someone calls the house and the cordless phone is near the router, it tanks, if I microwave something, the connection tanks. I'm wondering if my neighbors have a cordless microwave phone or something and use it all the time.

I've always had good luck with D-Link routers. I even left my old D-Link 614+ at my former roommates' place, still worked great after 5 years.

I had a really bad experience with a Linksys A/B/G router, that thing was GARBAGE, tech support even had me load some beta firmware that would supposedly fix the problem, well it worked fine for a little bit then would lose its net connection, it was still total crap.

I now have the D-Link DIR-655 N router, and so far it's been great, I don't think I've even had to reset it once (except when changing settings that require it)! I really like the router interface too (I guess partly because I was already familiar with it from my previous router).

Another option is to look into getting a router that supports DD-WRT (open source router firmware). I haven't tried it, but a lot of people prefer it over the OEM firmware. http://www.dd-wrt.com

I mentioned the N router because it seems like it puts out a LOT more power than regular G routers so it might help with the interference
