I just called gruppe-s after a couple of months being gone on military related trip on a old order that i did not completely receive and without any issues they fixed it right away.

+1 for gruppe-s i have ordered many things from them and they almost never make mistakes but when they do they always fix it asap. Thanks Max:thumb: Alain...

i have never had a problem with them in the past and i have been ordering from them for almost 2 years now

yep, because no one go to gruppe-s anymore. you get NO service from them at ALL! my friend waited 1 year for a set of coilovers!! ONE YEAR! when you walk in the shop they just pretend that you werent there. if you dont go up to them and ask for help no one is going to help you. their customer service is -10000

but i guess that is why their stuff is cheap and good, so you sacrifice service for cheap stuff i guess is reasonable

one bad experience wont be dealing with them no more rather pay more then to get ripped off to pist to say what hapened one fan less thats all theres other shops 4 me now
